We dispatch our goods with DPD, DHL or various forwarding agencies. Here we use the cheapest shipping route for you. You are also welcome to pick up your goods from us in Gerhardshofen during our business hours.

Within Germany (except islands) we deliver free of charge from a net order value of 1.000 Euro. From a net order value of 2.000 Euro we deliver all German islands free domicile. Also from 2.000 Euro net order value we deliver outside Germany free German border.

You are welcome to specify a delivery date for your order. We will try to keep to it as best we can. If you have not noted a delivery date, we will deliver "immediately". This means as soon as the goods are in stock. Articles that are not available will be delivered automatically. If you no longer need non-available articles, we would like to ask you to cancel them in writing (e.g. by email: order@euro-souvenirs.de).
