Shipment
We dispatch our goods with DPD, DHL or various forwarding agencies. Here we use the cheapest shipping route for you. You are also welcome to pick up your goods from us in Gerhardshofen during our business hours.

Within Germany (except islands) we deliver free of charge from a net order value of 1.000 Euro. From a net order value of 2.000 Euro we deliver all German islands free domicile. Also from 2.000 Euro net order value we deliver outside Germany free German border.

You are welcome to specify a delivery date for your order. We will try to keep to it as best we can. If you have not noted a delivery date, we will deliver "immediately". Use our form "Defective product" or send us an eMail with your customer number as well as the article number and the respective quantity. Please also state your telephone number so that we can reach you by telephone if necessary. We will contact you as soon as possible.

You can pay for your order in advance, cash on delivery, SEPA Direct Debit Mandate or by bank transfer. You can also make a cash payment when pick up your goods.

In case of prepayment it is best to exclude possible delivery delays immediately. With SEPA we usually collect the amount within 10 days. In case of delivery on account within 30 days.
