What scales are there for model cars?

The scale of model cars indicates the ratio of the size of the model to the real car. There are a variety of scales for model cars, most of which range from 1:10 to 1:87. The most commonly used scale is 1:43, a standard in the model car industry. With model cars in this scale, the model is 43 times smaller than the original.

Another frequently seen scale is 1:18, where the model is 18 times smaller than the real car. 1:64, 1:87 and 1:120 are also common scales that are mainly used for model railways. They are smaller and therefore cheaper to produce, which makes them particularly attractive for model car wholesalers. There are also models that are produced in 1:12 or 1:8 scale, but these are rather rare and usually more expensive as they require more material and labour. In our Euro Souvenirs range you will find a variety of model cars, predominantly in the scale 1:34 - 1:39. Ideal for every need in the B2B sector.
