Since mid-August, we at Euro Souvenirs have been sending invoices via email in the  ZUGFeRD e-invoice format as standard. This applies automatically to all customers who receive their invoices from us via email.

The ZUGFeRD format combines a PDF invoice that you can read with structured electronic invoice data, thereby enabling easy digital processing. For you, nothing fundamentally changes when you receive your invoices—you will continue to receive them by email as usual.

By switching to the e-invoice format, we support modern, digital, and efficient invoice processing. At the same time, the invoices meet the relevant requirements for electronic invoices in the B2B sector. We send invoices in the X-invoice format only upon specific request.  If you specifically require an X-invoice for your accounting or invoice processing system, please let us know.
