I am a new customer - what do I have to consider?

Have you already registered in our online shop? If you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please check it. If you have any questions, please write to us or call us to avoid possible problems. You will receive your invoice with the goods (except with prepayment, with this payment method you will receive the invoice in advance). If delivery is made by GLS or DHL, you will receive - if you have authorised us to do so and we have your e-mail address - an e-mail for shipment tracking.

Why do I need to register?

In order to ensure that only professional customers can see detailed article information, it is necessary to check this before granting access. We want to prevent that final consumers know your purchase prices.

When will my account be activated?

The activation takes place during business hours within a few minutes. Outside business hours on the following day. During the weekend on Monday morning. The activation takes place exclusively manually after detailed examination.

If a product is not available?

You can also order the item, even if it is not available at the moment. Products that are not available will be delivered automatically when they are available.

Do I get the goods delivered free of charge?

Within Germany (except islands) we deliver free of charge from a net order value of 1.000 Euro. From a net order value of 2.000 Euro we deliver all German islands free domicile. Also from 2.000 Euro net order value we deliver outside Germany free German border.

When will I receive the shipment?

You are welcome to specify a delivery date for your order. We will try to keep to it as best we can. If you have not noted a delivery date, we will deliver "immediately". This means as soon as the goods are in stock. Articles that are not available will be delivered automatically. If you no longer need non-available articles, we would like to ask you to cancel them in writing (e.g. by email: order@euro-souvenirs.de).

Can I track my shipment?

Shipments that we send via GLS or DHL can be tracked by you. The prerequisite for this is that you have given us your consent and that we have your e-mail address. You can also agree now via our contact form.

Do you also deliver outside Germany?

How can I pay?

You can pay for your order in advance, cash on delivery, SEPA Direct Debit Mandate or by bank transfer. You can also make a cash payment when pick  up your goods.
